Communication Guidelines

How We Communicate

  • Primary communication: ClickUp Chat
  • Business hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm ET
  • Wednesdays are reserved for deep work — no meetings except urgent matters
  • Response time: within 1 business day, typically much faster
  • We observe US federal holidays and give advance notice of any office closures
  • New campaigns are not launched on Fridays, except pre-scheduled launches

What We Ask of You

  • Provide timely feedback on creative and messaging
  • Ensure landing pages and offers are conversion-ready
  • Maintain strong follow-up for leads generated
  • Communicate major business changes that affect campaigns

Meta Billing Process
  • Meta bills your ad spend directly to the payment method on file inside your ad account.
  • Meta bills in arrears — you may receive charges a few days after ads are paused or stopped. (Meta is moving some clients to monthly invoicing, depending on account size and other factors.)
  • Tosi Media invoices separately for management fees. We do not have access to your credit card and do not handle ad spend billing.
